My Journey From Drama to Emotional Freedom

Let me tell you why this work is so personal to me.

By age 26, I was a broken person. On the outside, I looked fine – even successful.

But inside, I was crippled by childhood trauma. After multiple suicide attempts and countless dramas, I surrendered to recovery. That was 1994.

For years, I tried everything – cognitive behavioral therapy, 12-step programs, EMDR, therapy.

I was making progress, but something was still missing.

Then in 2004, I hit another rock bottom in my relationships.

That's when I founded Violence Anonymous, a 12-step program for people recovering from an addiction to violent thinking and behaving.
